Disability Care
Allied Healthcare Services Australia is a registered NDIS provider (registration number 4050019899) supporting people with disability and mental health conditions across Sydney. We work with you on the goals in your NDIS plan – living more independently, building skills, getting out into the community – and put the right people and routines around you to reach them.
NDIS supports we provide
- Support coordination – help to understand your plan, find providers and make your funding work across the year.
- Plan management – we pay your providers, track your budget and send you clear statements.
- Assistance with daily life – personal care, meal preparation and housekeeping in your own home.
- Community participation – support to join activities, classes, work and social groups you choose.
- Transport – getting to appointments, work, study and community activities.
- Respite – short breaks for families and carers.
How it works with your NDIS plan
We start by going through your plan, your goals and the budgets you have to work with. Together we agree what support you need, how often and from whom, and put it in a written service agreement. Your support workers are matched to you, and we review how things are going as your needs change or your plan is renewed.
Not on the NDIS yet?
We can explain how to apply and what to have ready, and you can start with private support while you wait. Call 1800 50 50 70 or send us an enquiry to talk it through.
